In 2005 this course was awarded the CiLT European Award for Languages, which recognises innovation in language learning and teaching, as well as an award from the Consejer�a de Educaci�n of the Spanish Embassy for best teaching project. In 2005 Mr Vallejo was also the recipient of an award for excelence in teaching from the Arts Faculty of the University of Bristol and in 2006 was awarded a Fellowship from the British Higher Education Academy. These co-requisite units enhance student knowledge of and skill in using Spanish through the study and/or the creation of texts in Spanish and their performance. It is a practical course, where the historical or theatrical texts to be studied might change from year to year, according to the number and make up of the student body taking the units. Please note that Language Through Theatre A & B are co-requisite 10 credit units, which means that you must take and complete both.
