Description including Unit Aims

This unit will provide an introduction to how archaeologists identify, record and interpret archaeological sites and monuments. The unit aims to provide students with a broad understanding of the range of British archaeological sites and monuments, and will introduce the principles and practice of archaeological field techniques.
