This unit covers areas of inorganic chemistry relevant to advanced study of Chemistry with Environmental Science e.g. applications of group theory, spectroscopy and crystallography to, and structural chemistry of, inorganic compounds. The unit includes trouble-shooting workshops and practical sessions to develop advanced techniques.
