This unit is devoted entirely to writing for young people. We have all been children and can draw on our own experiences as source material even if our current contact with young people is limited. Students will be look at how to suit language, form and content to a variety of age groups, with the aim of producing prose and poetry that stimulate and entertain the younger reader.
