The first part of the course teaches participants to prepare and analyse the three main financial accounting statements - the Statements of Financial Position, of Income and of Cash Flows. The second part introduces students to the production and use of financial information for the management of a business and for making long-term financial decisions. It assumes no prior accounting knowledge, other than that gained in Introduction to Accounting A.
