Description including Unit Aims

This unit is part of the basic management core for the degree programmes in 'Economics and Management' and 'Accounting and Management'. The aim is to give students a broad understanding of organisation theory and organisation behaviour. The unit will be based around a single text with additional readings from other texts and journals. Case studies will form an important aspect of the course and will be used to ensure that students will have to undertake analysis and not simply rehearse material learned.
