Description including Unit Aims

Elements studied include: Distinguishing contract and tortious liability; recovery of pure economic loss in tort; liability for representations and non-disclosure; defective products and consumer protection; privity of contract; damages and remedies for torts and breach of contract; general principles of unjust enrichment.
