This unit will orientate students to working within the NHS and introduce them to some of the skills that will be required to undertake their clinical placement year. It will emphasise practical experience of Audiology and allied services and therefore build on and consolidate the theoretical knowledge acquired in &+Acoustics, Hearing Aids and Audiology&*. The core skills of constructive and effective work with colleagues, good observation and reflective practice will also be addressed.
