This unit provides an introduction to social psychology. It focuses on behaviour in the context of social interaction, with emphasis on experimental findings. Study of such topics as interpersonal judgment and perception, social attraction, aggression, prejudice and social influence, including attitude formation and persuasion, conformity and social modelling.
