This unit will (1) provide students with an introduction to communication theory and will particularly apply this to the practice of preaching (2) offer an overview of the different contexts in which the leadership of worship takes place and some help in developing the gifts to do this well. Most students will proceed to take further units at a higher level which will enable them to build on the insights and skills gained in this unit.
