This unit will focus on how to think ethically as a Christian disciple. The principles, methods and concepts discussed will be related to specific areas of ethics but the more detailed study of these is provided for in other units. This unit therefore has a more theoretical focus and provides a basis for those more applied units. It will examine issues of biblical ethics, hermeneutics and worldview and students will engage with a range of moral concepts and their treatment in both Christian tradition and contemporary debates.
