The unit is divided into two main emphases: 1. Description of, and reflection on, the enormous tidal movements towards and within global Christianity from 1800 to the present, and the implications these movements have for our own identity and mission priorities; 2. Discussion of areas of contemporary debate among mission practitioners and theorists.
