Description including Unit Aims

The Christian hope of healing, wholeness and eternal life is lived out in the face of the reality of suffering and death. The unit will provide opportunity for asking such questions as: 1. What are the tensions between faith and experience? 2. How may we draw upon and integrate learning from other theological disciplines? 3. What use can be made of personal experience and insight? 4. How shall we develop a compassionate and credible Christian apologetic to the problem of suffering?
