Description including Unit Aims

This is a compulsory 10 cp unit and an integral part of a 180 cp MRes programme in Advanced Composites and Intelligent Structures (ACCIS) The topics covered will include fundamental concepts for composites, composite materials properties, laminate analysis, beam, truss and plate structures.
