This unit will explore the professional and ethical issues in working with different client groups, managing a counselling practice and in working as part of a counselling team or in other counselling contexts.

to demonstrate an in-depth understanding of personal learning from all earlier units in application to one client. This will include evidence of counselling inquiry skills, application of ethical frameworks in practice, an understanding of the usefulness of a case study as a research tool and effective use of supervision in managing, monitoring and developing their counselling practice.
