On this basis, students should:
(i) have improved their fluency in the language of the country when studying in a foreign language;
(ii) be able to explain in the key principles of the legal system of the country in question; and
(iii) have gained a grounding in new areas of law.
Organised by the university in question.
Assessments may consist of written or oral examinations.
Students studying in non-common law systems are recommended an introductory text in English on the law of the country in question.
