The dissertation will consist of a 15000-word comparative study of works from two or more of the literatures studied in the course of the MA in European Literatures. Students will be free to choose the subject of their dissertation, subject to the advice and guidance of unit directors and the availability of an appropriate supervisor. Dissertation titles must also be approved by the programme director.
