This unit will enable individual students to pursue a clearly defined specialist cultural, historical and/or literary interest under the guidance of one of the academic team. Students could therefore explore topics in more depth than is offered within existing taught units. This unit will therefore allow increased flexibility within the programmes to respond to students&? interests and will thereby enhance the attractiveness of the programmes to prospective students
