In this unit the following topics are taught: How to write a systematic literature review How to make a scientific poster How to present a scientific poster Public understanding of science The students will develop their skills in the above by: Writing an extensive literature review on the subject of their subsequent research project Making and presenting a poster based on their literature review Writing a lay summary of the background to their proposed research project
